just download unlock file from support, then goto emergency mode(2+5+power), then flash , after flash just write NV in normal mode, thats all.

have u know ...media files on ur fone?check ur country...but is advisable firstly flash it with uk sex..if u have unaavailable media den changes flashfiles...try first den post it here...good luck
