Hi mates i have 2 pcs TREO 650 unlock i tryed to unlock but its getting testmode and pc detecting phone but whe i try to unlock phone its giving following error message

Failed to open the communication port !
Error ... !
Time needed - 00:00:00

please whats wrong with my step

Drivers not installed. Also you can use additional method described here http://www.furiousteam.com/blog/index.php/2007/04/12/55-unlocking-treo-650-and-680-online . Result u decode using TXT to CODE fuindtion of TREO MODULE.

What's going on?

This is unlock data. Is not refill string. Is already 2 times you ask this from support. Please read tutorial step by step you will understand where you made the mistake.

First time i use my Furious Gold to unlock treo 680...i have already sent my Refill Code request and no email coming back :(

Because no email is sent with calculated refill as you can see urself on ur support area. Aswell refill request you dont sent mail with it you place on support.
