Unlock Toshiba 904T, And DEad!!!. Help

Unlock Toshiba 904T. But i mark reset security. Then I repeat Unmark reset security phone Unlocked, But have Restart problem. Then I repeat reset security again, Phone still have problem. Usb still connect to Phone about 10 minute. Then Phone DEAD!!!!. Plz Help!!!!!.

i never have dead phone problem after unlock it...
