For 3 days im trying to get an answer for the C168i , can someone in support help me.
i cannot put the phone in prepare mode, ive tried everything for hours..
the phone connects, it reads the security code, but cannot go into Prepare mode.
please i need ur help

plz check documentation folder
---------------------------------
1. Start software
2. Select phone model
3. Power-off phone
4. make "Prepare" operation
5. Power-on phone
6. make "Unlock" operation
Please, read all instructions in software log window very carefully !

im reading the log window, i've been doing unlocking for 7 years now.
gsm/cdma/iden
trust me i know how to use software and equipment...
for some reason either my box is defective or something is not working the way you are describing it..
how hard can it be to power the phone on when it asks you ??
this is a C168i AT&T To go , i have about 100 pcs thats needs to be unlocked and flashed...
can someone please help?

Checking with your cable and modified it if it not correct and case still not working you can contact to infinity support for help you fastly no need more day.

there is not solution out there yet for this AT&T model, wait for latest reports of unlocking the phone...
