Hello,
today i receive my new Infinity Box.
And i would like to unlock my C261.
I install software and all updates.
I use PAN X60 cable
1. Start Moto01.exe 1.41
2. Select C261
3.Load flex : C261_Flex_90_62_3C01
4.unlock SP
5.Press and Hold ON Button (phone is off)
But nothing happend :-(
Where is the mistake can you help me please.

First of all please check which number is your comport and select it correctly.
After press the unlock button if your GREEN light is blinks so its mean your port is working well.
After that keep your phone turn off and when it will ask so press and hold power button.
I hope you will solve your problem.

if you still can't connection with the phone , check input jack in the phone,,maybe unsoldered ...firt time I recieved infinity I try to unlock c261 ,,I had trouble can't connection too , ,so I try to resoldered jack...and I got connection...
maybe can help you solve you problem...:)

The com port (21) ist right and the green lamp is on.
But no connection :-(
i´ve i put the the cable (PAN X60) completly into the phone and the blue ligt ist off and if i put the cable not completly in the blue light is on.
I tried both possibilities, but no success :-(

Hi,
It can be only cable problem (cable not completely inserted in phone connector, probbaly need to cut connector rubber around metal pin for best results) or phone connector damaged.

infinity have stable communication....sure....
