@while download from support i got this message i m using firefox and while making click on the target file download it open in normal internet explorer browser

Its your inter explorer problem.Install fire fox internet explorer or other.I think your problem is solved.

Add www.furious-gold.com (http://www.furious-gold.com) to safe sites list, enable cookies and set security options to medium.

1=while making trust site [need https://prefix]
2=enables cookies done
3=security option is medium done

- Remove all usb smart card based tools
- Dont remove the dongle while you are in support
- Restart IE if happen after an update

honestly this is commun problems from internet explorer and cookie. You need to clear them, and empty cache. But honestly using firefox will make your life better ;)

maybe in use but not to download the file. As i see you are using IE for sure there. Did you tried empty cache ? Also if you make a quick search you can find some other post with same problem as you have now ;)

i can't solve it for you. Problem don't come from our part. It come from internet explorer. Did you empty cache and stuff i told u ?
