k300i

Attention plz. i have k300i. it has been simlocked. but unfortuntley its base is not working properly. its only two points of chrging is working. other points r not working properly.there for unlock to k300i is impossible. somebody is there who will send me its charging base diagrame, how does it work? R send me its authintic solution to unlock?????
