In wintesla 3310, what does cobba parrarel failed means

i have a phone with contact service, when using wintesla i've out that cobba id pararel failed. i'm using wintesla 5.03 w/ 3210 dll to read 3310, it can do it. but what does cobba id parrarel failed means, is it software or hardware problem

Hi,
Cobba chip and MAD2 are connected throw two interfaces - serial and parallel.
In your case is a pure hardware problem, try to rework statioin with Hot Air. **** under the Cobba chip. Could help.

If you haven't done it before, just forget.

Wrong infomation i say beside batt pin is ccont is in 3210.Not 3310.3310 at the logic part.1st chip is ccont 2nd cobba.
