There is no software for resize MP4, I dont know which tool u r using to make MP4, if you are using Xilisoft or any other converting tool then just use minimum bit rate from setting only then you will get smaller sized file.

I am using with the same phone with both mp4 and 3gp format. Converting to 3gp gives better result. Try 3gp.

Hi everyone.

I have a chinese sansung sgh-629 phone with mtk6225 cpu.
I want to play video on fullscreen with high quality.
I try most of converters but I can't play video on fullscreen well.
If I choose mp4 format and 320*240 resolution the video is slower than the audio.
If I choose sqcif 3g2 format, in fullscreen the video is slower than the audio.
In normal play mode all is correct.
How to convert videos to mp4 format, that when I play in fullscreen it plays correct.
What is the correct mp4 settings for 320*240 screen, or what is the correct converter tool.
