L6 strange problem

I have here one l6 with strange network problem. If i use both hands 2 cover where antenna is locate phone display no service. If i turn it upside down signal varie until no service display. What is causing this guys?

No one knows what causing this low signal and sometimes no service? I even remove the gold antenna and when i check signal it was low then i replaced antenna but signal still remain low it seems as if the antenna have no effect 2 the signal strength!
