U300 unavailable Media File - please help

I tried to unlock U300 from Italy and I flashed it with:
U300-CODE-TWEETYDR-V10h-Sep-28-2006-H3G-LATIN_OFF_SEC.BIN
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-Italy_OFF.bin
U300-MODULE-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-IT_OFF_SEC.bin

But after flash I get Unavailable Media file

I also tried to flash it with other media files witout any success:
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-DE_OFF.bin
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-DU_OFF.bin
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-HK_OFF.bin
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-Italy_OFF.bin
U300-MEDIA-V10h-SEP-28-2006-H3G-UK_OFF.bin

Software version in phone before flash was:
U300-MSM6250A-V10d-JUL-06-2006-H3G-SW

Is there any way I can put the phone in working state,
it does'n have to be unlocked.
