SAGEM 936 no SIM with SIM inside

Good time ..
I have a SAGEM 936 wich with SIm card writes :No SIM Present.
After some minutes can read the SIM but impossible to call or be called.
When I want to call the phone resets or turns off.
Plaese help me.
