make a folder called 'uk and ie map' on your memory card and copy all the content of the downloaded map files into this folder :D

Ok. Tryed everything but can't get Garmin XT to see tne inbuilt GPS on my N95 8GB.

Settings -> About =
IMEI: 2061020880
IMSI: 1600306119
Card ID: 78249984

When I use the above code (352061020208803) in the Garmin XT_IMEI Converter it gives me (2061020880) which you see is the same as the IMEI code that is in Garimin Settings -> About ?

hi make a file called sw.unl and place it in your garmin folder

then open the file using notepad and enter the text string in

RRNHQE2FZBU6BUZEUFYWUGXC5

then save and exit the file

now restart your garmin xt :D

Mobile 7 map does not need to be activated, just sign the .sis file and put map in E\system\apps\Route66\maps folder (E being your memory card)

No you need to load Detail maps, you probably just have World map install.

those files are in the rar files, you need to copy them manually to your phone in the expected path.
This what i did and the app worked. Only the maps i copied there didnt work : route66 didnt show them.

Nopesss the ver8 doesn't use .prm extesion ... its .map that is being used in ver8. I also tried to crack it but it didn't work though it crakced but didn't worked in route66

N96 Looks like a Nokia N81 but with the slide down bit from the Nokia N95

N96 has 16gb memory and takes a memory card too - N95 8gb Doesn't
N96 Digital TV Broadcast - N95 Not Supported
N96 Looks like a Nokia N81 but with the slide down bit from the Nokia N95

the Symbian Software inside has been tweaked for faster permormance and better menu graphics

It seems i was doing something wrong. :eek:
I have found the following topic: "Route66 v7.3.520 // Install without signing"

Since much people are waiting for a .cer to sign Route66 here is a solution for the meantime.

This version is tested and installs without signing. I am not completely sure, so could someone please test it and report back? Could the tester also report if this version works with the internal gps receiver of the Nokia N95. I believe that since 7.3.486 that should work. I don't know if this version is cracked?

However, after copying the file "***xx.sis" to the mem card, after selecting the file from the file manager menu, in order to install the application, I get "file damaged!" message and the install program aborts! :mad::mad::mad:
Any idea?:confused:

just install tomtom 6.02 if you are using a nokia 6670 :D

and then update your maps to v6.75 and away you go :)

TomTom does not work with internal GPS
Right now you can go Route66 or Garmin XT

to sign all your application you need this

Sign Your Apps v3.5
-------------------
Sign any Application with this little easy to use tool!
Allows you to sign you apps by using the Multiple Keys (Bu.key and Sultan.key Included)
All you need to do is
1, Click on Sis File Needed to Sign
2, Click on the Certificate File for the Selected Device (i.e 123456121234567.cer)
3, Click the Signing Key (i.e Sultan.key, Bin.key, etc)
[it will autotype in the selected Signing Key Password if Known]
4, Click the Sign App Button.
5, After your App is Signed you'll have a File that is called the Same name as before but with .SIGNED.SIS on the end in the Same folder where the app is

The 'Temp.cer' can be deleted after the signing process is completed

I own a NOKIA 6670 S60 which I would like to use also as Navigator.
So far, I have succesfully installed (ONLY) a cracked version of Route 66 (mobile7.0.989.sis) suggested long time ago by schwantz. in the forum "Route66 Mobile 7 Maps and soft"

As the maps ans related options (as well as the program itself) are a bit obsolete (to my idea), I wanted to update the program and get updated maps.
I have browsed through the forum/s tried several possibilities, but none seems to work.

maybe you sd card is faulty, try buying a new sd card and copying all the info back on

the backup firmware can be found on here, just use the search button:D

TTv7 does't run on a N95. TTv6.02 is what you need, mind you that the internal GPS doesn't work with TT on a N95 yet.

you need to install the maps

try scrolling back a few pages and all the info is there

if you can't be ar**d to scroll back

copy your maps into the folder called \system\apps\route66\maps located on the memory card :D

Cannot get cert anymore, you have to sign online at symbiansigned certain apps that's UID locked cannot be sign except by the developer

1st, Who signed your old certificate
2nd, if you still have your old certificate or signed app (just put your date back from when iut was signed then install again and change date back)
3rd, Use Garmin XT or Route 66 V8
4th, Wait for TomTom 7 Mobile Edition (ETA 3 Months)

Route66 v8 work great with N95. Only problem is you cannot activate the 15 days free trail anymore. There was a trick to make the trail unlimited. So even with maps, you can't do much anymore.

After reading through a lot of those page, I tried to use the sign your apps V2.0 for Route66.Mobile.v7.3.545.cracked.unsigned however when I start the sign your apps V2.0 on the sis file I find the route 66 stuff however for the certificates there is nothing to click (on the signing key files there is the sultan.key).
I am a bit lost regarding what i missed as I am new to those stuff. If someone please inform me of what I did wrong or is it due to the fact the special site BU is refering to a lot is down?

2, copy the download maps to the memory card keeping them in a folder (e.g. UK and IE 6.75)

The site is UP but you won't be able to sign the application with ordinary user. You need publisher ID. Hence its useless at this stage. We have to wait

i have route66 v7.3.520 installed cracked version. dont work with internal gps. when i use update from route66 to update it just comes up with error updating ..


is there any way i can update this to work with the internal gps without signing etc after all it works without internal aint there a crack somewhere?

I have downloaded all the files, I have signed the app, I have the maps in the right place, I have tried to hard resetting my phone and doing it, I have had it one my phone before but now the same files are not working. Can some someone please post a link to the files I’ll need to make sure I am not missing any. Its all been unlocked too so I don’t know why its not working.

probably you are using old ver of Route 66
