V975 not charging (strange)

hi

i got rpoblem with moto v975. when i plug in the original charger (the one that i got with this mobile) the battery indicator on display just dissapears and thats that.

if i plug in the other charger (also original motorla but from different phone model) the phone shuts down, turns on again and the batter indicator (on display) blinks in red color.

i would be very happy, if anyone would know which parts are for charging or gimme a schematic for this phone.

check battery, and try another charger if you didn´t yet.

Also check the wire is between + and - in mobile, use to cause these problems.

If not work with this, look for schemes because i think is a deep hardware problem.
