Sorry, in this case I can't help. I asked about D163 because Konka-D163 supported by Infinity-box and I can get pinout for it from Infinity-box documentation, but I know nothing about D363.

I'll share here all the pictures and the method, that can help you easily connect your China phone and more than that, Samsung, Sie, OKWap, LG, Innostream...can connect to PC, to flash, Unlock, Read, Write, Format(China Phone option only)

Prepare:
-01 USB cable, that has USB to Virtual COM card, using PL-2303, ARK3116S, or C261 USB Cable, that you have it with driver( These cables packed with some kinds of phone)
-01 RJ-45 port, that you can buy at Computer service or from a discard LAN Card or Net switch, or box, PC mainboard...
Doing:
For easy to explain, I'll use PL-2303. And to take all advantage of UFS cable kit, we make all kind of phone self-made Cables following UFS standard, so that, we can use UFS cable with this Virsual COM, like C19x Moto, 2xx Sie, 4xx Sie...
Solder RX, TX, GND as this Picture:

Note: Somebody said, MTK tools can't run without MTK box! That is not true! It can run well, need no box, Just with a COM cable, or a USB to COM like that, you can run all Ver. Of MTK tool!

u can use china phone pc suite, and u normally install java games in ur phone with it though ur phone have java supported option.

you must write real imei but not default chinese imei. and use sim-card that accepted by network but not card with zero balance !

I live in Brazil and some weeks ago a friend bought to me a Anycool TV-Mobile T808. This cellphone uses 2 SIM cards. I tested this SIM cards with differentes mobile operator in the same time and the results ok. However, past to 2 days, the SIM B does not working... basically, the mobile does not recognizes the SIM B, I changed this SIM B, however, I continue have this problems.. I tried to find out solutions changing settings in the cellphone, however I had not sucess.

I just repaired my 2nd sim problem in cect T689. fisrt of all it was easy for this model because rxa/txa for first cpu and rxb/txb for 2nd cpu are all under the label ( look under battery cos the label is there). I did a normal complete format for the first cpu and then a normal complete format for 2nd cpu using rxb/txb. what I have noticed in the 2 gsm phone is this: they have 2 cpu but the 2 cpu does not start at the same time. when the first cpu finishes start up the 2nd cpu does its own. consequently when u want to format the 2nd cpu u will wait untill phone starts up and then software will detect the 2nd cpu and start the job( hope u get it).to be more clear when u want to format 2nd cpu u must connect cable wires to rxb/txb and gnd (gnd is alwasy same for the 2 cpu) and then when u press power on instead of software to detect phone ur phone will start up. at this point don't be discourage because this start up is for 1rst cpu. after phone is start up software will now detect 2nd cpu and start the format job.
after the 2 cpu are formated the phone imei will chenge. just power on phone and restore imei using rxa/txa for 1rst cpu imei and then restart phone and restore 2nd cpu imei (I use same imei like 1st cpu) using rxb/txb. now after this process ur phone is ok but when u check the imei u will see 2 imeis displayed but all 2 sims will work perfectly.
questions now: in my case I use the same imei for the 2 cpu but it works because I used 2 simcards from 2 differents operator but could not test 2 simcard from same operator because csutomer hapilly took back his phone quickly. I don't know if it will work in case I use 2 simcard from same operator??? but u can simply put different imei in the 2nd cpu to solve this).
now I think it is more clear. the new direction of our job now must be how to get the second cpu pinout for all other phone knowing that all our cables are only built for the first cpu access.

what soft u need bro? phone usb driver or flash program.
for usb driver download MTK driver (though ur phone is mtk cpu, use search button)

and for flash tools no need driver, just need tx and rx, may of flash tools already posted, also use search button.

Web cam = u able to use ur phone camera like a web cam.

Comport = though u want to use ur phone as a modem or want to import game it in with pc suite or need connect ur phone with any program, u can use this connection type.

may ur phone have 2 CPU, can u try format 2 of this.
though cpu is 1 but u must have 2 diffarance network section, so first u find out which network section for which sim than u try to change ur folty network section RF.

when u connect ur phone with pc usb, phone screen show 3 option for u-
Mass Storage,
Web Cam,
Com port.
for access mmc u choose mass storage. (some phone not show it, for this change setting from ur phone option, though not found may ur phone not support this option, so u need a mmc reader)
also though ur phone is MTK CPU can u try with china phone pcsuite (for pc suite select comport option when connect usb) and u need MTK Driver.

maximum china phone have 2 sim but it design it by only one CPU. And some other phone have 2 cpu for 2 sim.

though ur phone have 2 cpu, it have 2 IMEI, though 1 CPU have 1 IMEI.

so first u find out what CPU in ur phone.

though ur phone have 2 CPU, ur phone have 2 TX and 2 RX, there is TX-A, TX-B and RX-A, RX-B. for TX and RX = A for first (main) CPU. TX,RX = B for 2nd CPU.

but i'm not know any device which able to detect or find 2TX and 2RX from phone. they only found one tx and one rx.

so u need to use tx and rx which have direct on PCB (like some dot u found on PCB)

and when u off and on ur phone, 1st start ur 1st CPU (Main CPU) and sometime letter start ur 2nd CPU. so soft detect ur 2nd CPU some time letter.

i hope now u understood about it.
