was watching the tv when the phone rang. as i answered it i pulled out the usb lead. the phone will not now start. when it it switched on the title screen opens but then stops. have removed battery and changed the memory card and does not work. An ideas?

When I insert O2 sim card dosnt read.but when I use my friend sim card works perfect.I tried 5 more sim card same network and other sim card(orange ,O2,T mobile) no one works only on sim card works.I tested 3g support sim card ,normal one ,old sim card ,,,, still dose not work.please advise me what can I do.

1. make full flash backup for emergency case (use 921000 speed for fast operation). It's very important step !
2. select "safe" format method
3. make "format ffs"
4. remove/install battery
5. press and hold phone "Power" button during 30-40 sec to make phone Powered-On
if phone Ok go to step-6
if phone still in reboot/restart/freez state: select "complete" format method and go to step 3
if phone still in reboot/restart/freez state: try to use other SIM card, some phones works not good with some SIM cards
if phone can't Power-On: restore original flash backup
if you don't have original backup: write different firmware files with firmware version similar to original
6. restore original imei
7. if phone has touchscreen LCD make calibration: click to LCD corners one by one
if still no luck: check phone hardware (f.e. reball CPU and/or Flash chip)

First Problem: Cannot check my balance on the SLAVE sim (SIM 2). Only way to check balance is by typing *120# and service message does not come up for SLAVE sim but for MASTER sim (Sim 1), it comes up. Only problem is I can never tell how much money I have on the SLAVE sim without switching it to MASTER.


Second Problem: Names are not picked up by phone's caller ID. For example, if I have an phonebook entry called HOME and number is 555-5555, when HOME calls me, I see 868555-5555 (868) is global area code. Other phones used to pick up this (868) or (+1868) and know what number was calling and then display WHO was calling. How do I fix this?


Third problem: Is there any English predictive text for this phone, I know there is french and some language called TR, but is there a way to get English predictive on the phone?

I just bought a CECT K630i quad band dual sim dual standby cell phone. All is working with AT&T sim and Philippine SMART BUDDY sim cards att he same time. Hi man. I can see that you have answers to anything. My problem is this:

I have GETEK TK806 and even if the phone langwage is set to english every time I receive a phone call it will apear something writen in chinese language after the caller's name. I couldn't find any setting to change this. I even don'tknow what it means.
I haven't noticed any other problem until now. Both SIM cards working.

Prepare:
-01 USB cable, that has USB to Virtual COM card, using PL-2303, ARK3116S, or C261 USB Cable, that you have it with driver( These cables packed with some kinds of phone)
-01 RJ-45 port, that you can buy at Computer service or from a discard LAN Card or Net switch, or box, PC mainboard...
Doing:
For easy to explain, I'll use PL-2303. And to take all advantage of UFS cable kit, we make all kind of phone self-made Cables following UFS standard, so that, we can use UFS cable with this Virsual COM, like C19x Moto, 2xx Sie, 4xx Sie...
Solder RX, TX, GND as this Picture:

Hey Guyz I have China Set K988 (3 sims but only one works and 2 standby) I'm having signal issues since when it drooped once (only in coverd area otherwise its working properly in out area)...plus I want to reset the factory settings but four time 0 and 1234 is not working, any idea what the password would be? or anything with signal issues?

I received the Chinese g60mtl everything works great except I dont get service it shows its on emergency all the time. All my other phones get great signals except this one. Doesnt do me much good If I cant talk on it.

Is there a setting I need to change I have tried but I am a dumby when it comes to this can you help me.
