Also - FIRST take some time and old -bad pcb and play with the infra station on them, untill you get the practical skills to use it on the phones. Then you will see all ok.

Here as example the mail text i have received from one customer:
"I have Tornado infra station bayed from You before mont and half ago. At first time was hardly working with it, but after same time and trening this device is working verry well and it is very good tool
.................................................. ........................"

I had also 1 of this warranty cases.

So - the small problem is now identified: On few pieces, INSIDE THE HANDEL, 1 of the 2 connectors that connects the wires from the Heating element to the siliconic-cable was not crimped well. Jost use a crimp tool to fix that and all will be ok.

However, before you open the handel, please ask your reseller if he allows it, or he repair it for you, so you don't void the warranty.

as some time in black module one register breaks [near the winding coil]or weak in solder ,just open the cover and make solder if the owner is professional and can find that may he can make solder [will post the jpg soon]

Thanks for the help, friend.
That was the first pieces Infra Tool, and for this the powersupply was replaced with a different - a lighter one ;)
Most probably the customer have one of this new hardware releases, and also i am 99% sure that his problem is the one i have described in the post before.

This all is expected since production in china, nothing new, Chinese rarely care about quality control, we all know its china not Germany.

I think this kind of small problems can happen allmost everywhere on manual assembly lines, like not putting enaugh power on a crimping tool ;)

And also there was only few pieces having this contact loose ...
