Man can u read instructions ? For u970 unlcok u must flash U970_UNLOCK file in emergecy mode 2+5+pwr on. Direct unlock is available for Ku970 only.

what about this - after first part flash it was ok but press ok and then error - now phone will not turn on and keep getting this

i can't see FORCED MODE from those messages. so retry again. no sim must be inside also be sure dongle updated with pack 1.

Yes I did get refreshing, press ok, then fine press ok agaon then error
hmmm strangely mine didnt happen like this, i had a full battery though.

Same problem to me.but hack3r2k said that i can't read instruction.maybe now he will understand that realy is an problem.after error phone stuck in emergency mode

Just unlocked a couple. In my case I didn't bother with the battery. Held 2 and 5 in together then connected the usb lead. Selected force mode, select full flash, select the unlock.sex (or whatever its name is from support. I'll ammend this bit later). Sat back and waited until the various prompts to press O.K were shown (the same prompt covers a procedure incase there is a problem). Last part software reports engine closing down or similar. Neither phone would discover a network afterwards. With the phone in emergency mode again I selected NVM write, loaded the right NV file from the support section and left it a few seconds to complete...Job done. Working perfectly. Thanks Hack.

Seems pbs appear to non UK handsets only. For moment fault is unknown but a non UK phone will be received tommorow so ill check out whats the problems.
