Check phone battery status and make sure that you follow exactly all unlock instruction.

believe me .is something wrong with new module of qfg.i know how to read instructions .i;m the onwer of 2 fgbox for over 1year

Well then seems you dont need my help =) And if you are such big specialist and sure that problem is in Latest QFG module , then wait when Daniel will be back from vocation. =)

Hi. I have a problem with LG U970 , I can't unlock it . On a screen I can see the view :

Cable is fine and drivers as well .
What shoud I do to unlock this phone ?

Did you use the USB drivers from furious support. Are you using the USB lead that was supplied with the phone. Not the com lead that comes with the box. Did you put the phone into emergency download mode (2+5+power)?

this is not the way you should treat your customers mrs shadow.as you can see i'm not the only one how had this problem so please don't make fun of me.i believe the you are the specialist so please tell as what is the problem.why do we recieve this error.because we did what you said :emergency mode, force mode checed,latest qfg updated but the error mesage is on the screen and phone stuck in emergency mode......so...what would you thinking if you was in my place.I ONLY ASKING FOR HELP .

Well. Probably some versions are not supported by our solution, because we dont have all possible phones, and impossible to check it. In this case update will be released as far we will find such phone or someone will provide it us.
Anyway, just find some successfull reports too. And particulary most problems are from carelessness of users or unwillingness to read the instructions.
So what i can advise,
1) please read conversations here , probably you will find something usefull.

2) Make sure that battery of your phone is fully charged. This means that it must be fully charged, because power from usb is not enough.
3) Make sure that you use exactly latest sw , and your dongle is updated to pack 1. Please Note , that new installer create NEW folder , and do not remove old ! So some misunderstandings are possible. Therefore remove old installed versions using windows add/remove service.
4) Please read carefully and follow exactly all instructions appeared in message box.
5) Sometimes some other heavy process is running on your PC in same time. Antivirus scanning or something like this. Please be sure that is not.

my phone is from demnark.i don't know what version bur after error i even flash it with firs version of u970 from italy ,i made contry change and connect phone with full batery true usb adapter with power suply.and same error
