Try in first connect phone to pc by usb cable , and only after this start sw. In case you meet this pb again , check in device manager on which ports windows detects your u890.

As i see your phone is connected and sw detects necessary port. So all should be ok , could you tell what you do that this error appear ?
Anyway try read unlocking instruction again more careful and repeat it step-by-step.

Ku450 is also having same problem,cant detect it.

excute maintenace.exe and
1:format dongle
2:disconect box and connect again
3:choose pack1 and firmware update

Format dongle again , using maintainance and update it with pack 1 or pack 2 , in dependence with tool you plan to use.

Hi !

To enable of use Nec M2 and Treo Modules, u must update FGBox,
with Module Pack 2 after format !

There nothing lost, when you need to use nec/treo module , format dongle again and update with pack 2 , all your credits will be back. And once again, find time to read instructions it will save your time and nervs more than you think. =)

Ok i have same problem.
Search Phone or Error Time need 00:00
Its not problem to put in flash mode or drivers or any other things because i unlocked about 30 pic befor i upgrade the box....
After upgrading the FGB i have prob with flashing lg u890 so i need the solution quickly pls.Dont ask me abaout com ports installation etc everything is 100% fine.

Pls update FGBox with Pack 1 after format.

another little thing but...sometimes important...don't use usb HUB-s, sometimes the software can't recognise the the phone trough USB HUB
