Panasonic x100 camera failed ?

I recieved a phone with camera option appearing FAILED...
I tried to flash , but s/w ver:1.2.04, not available in suport area..
Can i flash other version ?

I flashed 3 steps but problem is not solved.
Select camera and after 5-10 seconds appear FAILED...
Any body now which ic is operate the camera ?
