Probleme in Nec Credits , I heve errore > ERROR: 00 , In NecM2 module when i do Statuts info , The soft don't Connecte to Serverand don'tGive my credits

i acctive my Acount the 07/31/07 "last week " i unlock 1 Nec N500i , But since 3 days nothing to do , no acces to account , i can't unlock*


please what is the probleme with this Product , i have bought a New Boxe last week cause my first One dead in Update after losing all my Credits , now i have this Probleme

i already done all step befor

u dont rtead my error team support ?§§!!!!!!!!!
i said that i received the recharge code .(see screan attached )
and i unlocked NEC500i with this box and i had my credit but since 3 days i get the error = 'ERROR: 00'
so plz dont tel me upgrade or active ur account
i posted for u a screan shot toi see that my account already activated and my dongle upgraded .

i loste one bling bling when u said to me format dongle ;and i done it and dongle died and u said to me to ask my reseler for replacement ,ok np

i have so mutch work so i get an other new one
and now i have probleme for account
solve my probleme ASAP

Q: I'm trying to unlock new NECs and use TREO module TXT to code features but i'm allways getting 'Error..' or 'ERROR: 00' why !?
A: First of all dongle must be upgraded with PACK 2. After kindly check and read following links:

Well , are you sure that you have updated your dongle with pack 2 ?
I'm sure - NOT , because error 00 means - wrong pack inside dongle.
HOW to update dongle with pack 1 or pack 2 you can find in same tread i posted before.
Q: How i can correctly update correct PACK using MAINTAINANCE module ?
A:
1. FORMAT DONGLE
2. CHOOSE PACK YOU NEED (PACK1 OR PACK 2)
3. UPDATE FW

Are you sure that you have read all messages from maintainance sw ? I'm sure that you DIDN'T. In other case your dongel would be updated correctly.
I just repeat all mentioned procedures with some boxes i have here , and there no problem with credits loosing or something else.

Please download latest MAINTAINANCE_v1[1].0.0.506.rar
Format dongle and update it with Pack 1 or Pack 2 in depedence which one you need at the time.

and i just repeat that i unlocked one nec N500i since 3 days with this box .

Well =)) look at your attached picture Nr2 , please read carefull what you see in Message window ?
- Firmware is latest allready! - this means that dongle is NOT updated with new pack and still have Pack1 inside. All 3 pack's have same version- 1.61 , but they are DIFFERENT , means version is the same but Pack's - for different purpouses.
So what you have to do now.
1) Format your dongle and follow all instruction on from message window.
2) Update your dongle with PACK 2
3) use nec sw.

Moreover , i think that with your first box all was fine also. And if you still have it in your hands , try format it twice and update with any pack 1 or pack 2. And test.

with the first one cant do update any more
cause maintennance software cant open it give us the error like the screen .

Well , i've read thread about your first dongle again. The reason of pb is factory fault or dongle was somehow disconected from PC or PC lost power or restarted exactly in update time. So replacing with new one is more resonable way.
