I AM TRAY TO UNLOCK THIS PHONE THE SOFT ONLY SEARCHING PHONE .I HAVE SELECTED THE CORECT COM PORT .

that is soft probleme new QFG dont unlock toshiba,old one if you take it can do it

Make sure that your dongle is updated with pack 1 and not with pack 2.
