U970 how to repair Unavailable Media File

Plz help ....
i try flash this phone about 4 flash file but not help

my step when i flash
2+5+power on
conect cable to phone
check Forced mood
full flash

use time about 1 hower to finish

and Display show Unavailable Media File

some one can help me:(

i try NVM write not help

I had the same problem. And all sorted out after changing country code:)
