All Credit ZEROS

Please , I need to know why all my credit is all zeros and while trying to unlock treo 650 i get erroe message

Info shows :-

Credits available on your account
Nec Credits: 0 credits
TREO 650 Credits: 0 credits
TREO 680 Credits: 0 credits

Think maybe its has to do with the new updateing stuff we did formating the box firmware...please help me out here...
