C139 Flashing Error

hi infinity team, i am trying to flash moto c139 but the it givesthe following error.


COM4 selected
Action: read code
Device: C139,C140
Checking data, wait...
Connect...
Press and HOLD Power button...
connection mode: 00
Err: boot failure[07]: version mismatch, other connection settings should be used.
Release Power button !
Connect Fail
Finished, time used: 19 sec
Remove/Install battery now !

go to "Settings" page in software.
select connection mode v4
repeat unlock process
