spv c600 unlock help

[ARAB GSM]

please i tryed unlocking this phone and i copyed _cert and regeditSTG into my documents, but when i go in phone trying to run regeditSTG[1] USING PHONE to change the registry keys i get this massage,

Access denied. the program
cannot start because it is not
digitally signed with a trusted
certificate

please help me unlock this phone in advance
