W810i serious error msg

Hi, Please help me to fix serious error msg from W810i with cruiser.

Flash FS Then custormize:)

Attach the phone
go to security
unlock RSA (it will give you error, and will disconnect the phone)
attach the phone again
go to Flash
1st Flash the ARM file
2nd FS RAW file
Then click customize
and then TURN OFF THE PHONE.
