China nokia N73 RM132 without simcard phone is switch on ok.....But with simcard phone swich on nokia hand symbol only switch OFF......pls help me need solution urgent.......:confused:

Step1 : format if not OK step 2 ,rehot CPU ==> OK 100% .testsd by me .
