This is for those who need it.i have been lookin still many peoples not able to set this problem..this thread for those peoples.

KG300 auto off solution

1. download devin too attached

2. download special reset file attached.

3 download flash file attached.

4 download flash software attached.

5. cable pinout attached.

6. connect handset in devin tool..when connect select reset file and reset bluetooth,security,and phone reset etc.

7.only after reset your phone will be all ok...but its better to full flash.

8. full flash using any professional software or using leo.

9 after full flash 2945#*# and do factory reset.

10. ENJOY

No you cant use this file for infinity.......its very easy to make serial cable...pinouts already posted...use any serial cable that come with old universal box...it should have RX(white),TX(Blue),GND(Black) wires inside ..just connect wires according to pic attached and your cable is ready:)....you can also cut your infinity RJ45 cable and can convert it to serial...everything is up to logic and good work

If your sure about your cable is all perfact then your procedure must be wrong....

1. keep handset switch off
2. attach cable to phone through comport
3. then press connnect in devin tool
4. only after pressing connect button keep pressing on/off button till it show handset connected
5.after handset connected brows for reset file
6. select reset file
7. after reset file initialize successfully reset every thing

Dear Friends still few forum members and others not undersand how to make self made cable.......i have been making cable by my self and posted manytimes in forums too...again posting the detail how one can make their desirable cable using RS232(Serial cable,9pin).

First rerer to the pic attached and carefuly read the description.



Pin No. Name Dir Notes/Description
1 DCD IN Data Carrier Detect. Raised by DCE when modem synchronized.
2 RD IN Receive Data (a.k.a RxD, Rx). Arriving data from DCE.
3 TD OUT Transmit Data (a.k.a TxD, Tx). Sending data from DTE.
4 DTR OUT Data Terminal Ready. Raised by DTE when powered on. In auto-answer mode raised only when RI arrives from DCE.
5 SGND - Ground
6 DSR IN Data Set Ready. Raised by DCE to indicate ready.
7 RTS OUT Request To Send. Raised by DTE when it wishes to send. Expects CTS from DCE.
8 CTS OUT Clear To Send. Raised by DCE in response to RTS from DTE.
9 RI IN Ring Indicator. Set when incoming ring detected - used for auto-answer application. DTE raised DTR to answer.

So ultimately in simple term pin 2 is (Rx),pin 3 (Tx),pin 5(GND) in rs232 cable.

Having rx,tx and gnd is enough for cellphones.

haha i kicked it out !!! just be sooo fast and type 2945#*# then up arrow to reach the format NVRAM command then o.k ! u will need to do that several times to catch it up coz once u click o.k on format NVRAM the fone will start formatting and will not restart :):):) tested and worked 100%

Devin tool say "Error in connecting Handset :27"
I use self made cable .mini usb cable to serial port
i use correct pin settings.
So whats the problem?need any drivers?

kg300 auto off solution l think it's the best way if u don't have infinity.. press on key wait till it on and turned off, push 2-3 times the on/off key shortly again, now it gonna on for a while. then press 2945#*# quickly and select factory reset gonna be all ok ..

2 type 2945#*# quickly
3 then go to format Nand

Do not worry just be relax if you r tired to do this job from a long time. follow my steps ok

USE INfinity Box .

select your LG,
Select Modle KG300 or KG200 or anyother which have this problem.
Select Service TAb
Select Format options

FFS safe mode format
FFS complete mode format
FFS safe mode format select item
whole flash fomat

select whole flash format ok
press format
press No (here may be it will ask for backup)
now wait for formatting.
its Done. (But wait here don't try to turn on the set )
