I want to ask all our custumeers to help us make our software for chinese phones more powerfull. So we need your help here with information, flash files.. etc.

So what kind of help we need.

If you have any chinese phones you can try to connect it with our box.
- cable schematics at support area
And if you got success with conect than try to read full flash and send to us it. Also don forget attach next info like: phone model, which cables was used.

When we got it we will make update.

Also you can post here your opinion about our MTK tool: which function do you want to see here.

what i will like multi-box team to do is to iplement format ffs on the software cos many of these chinese phone have one common problem and that is "power on and restarting" and i think this happens if the memory is full or maybe some other problems i dont know but just add one click button to repair this without fullflash the phone

it's ok no problem in flash no wrong no hang with format we need more details about use this box
note we need flash arabic for chines mobile

Yes.. That's a appriciated move. But as far as I.. support takes more time to modify files everytime..I have experience for many files they upload after taking much time... and sometime server doesnt notify that why some of firmware are not uploaded to support area...
Anyways.. No arguments..Team works best at their place...
But need to be Quick and more hard working to meet latest market needs...


One morething I want to request to team that modify something which can format user file area option cause many time someother box recover that phone in 5-10 minutes and with multibox we have to wait for dayz untill they update into their server.. Need to have option for UNKNOWN PHONES support..cause everytime they doesn,t have problem to fully flash..so that will b appriciated. by this way we can collect more sets and can help team by sending file..no matter howmuch they take time... I hope you understand fast growing world's demands..

After server upgrade ( i think in 1-2 days ) new update will be for chinese phones. More than 8 new models will be added. SO please wait for a new update.!

Thanks.. working like charm.. I stopped to use cause before sometime I killed two or three phones.. but was working again with backup..
Now tested and it is working like charm.. Posted my file for TV y390 to support....

I told too many times. Don't ask about cable. All already at support area. There too many chinese phones and just by name is not possible to help. I got now to differnet phnes with same name and differnet cables.

So solution - find GND signal first in a conector and post a results with conector info.

This is realy very hard here with chinese phones.

For example now I am testing every days too many chinese phones ( soon new big update ) and 95% of them supported even without any updated. That mean Multi-box support them already. The main problem is founding correct pinout.

So I will post too many new cable schematics to support area. But all of you if want to help us - can do next things:
- If got new phone no need to ask about cable, try to help you self. Look to the conector than find GND signal
- Go to support area and check same schematics with same GND signal - there will be not too many combination for this.

If you got success ( you got it if you do all correct ) - post here full flash, pinout and photo of phone with full name - or send it all to me: support@multi-box.net
