Format FAT software will help you to format it
This pinout is for Hintel box but it can be used for unibox too I think

Try with this program.Put the right com port after pressing start hold and keep power button.Phone will power on and software will clean nvram.Afterwards phone's power on can take up to 30-40 seconds

It's connection problem due to wrong pinout/cable or wrong COM port selection.
