A few suggestions and explanations regarding the unlocking of blackberry as well other phone models using allGSMUnlock server:

1. The server has certain timeframes specified for receiving the unlocking codes.
Example: From 24h to 48h
By this, we understand that the code can be received in a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum time of 48 hours (always taking into account the announcements regarding the server suspend times, by clicking the “NEWS” button)
In this interval, does NOT include weekends. To be more precise, if a phone has been added to the server on Friday, and the server says “From 24 to 48 hours” the code will ONLY be calculated during working days, so don’t expect your code to arrive on Sunday!

2. As you are well aware of, the allGSMUnlock server performs real-time code calculation for Motorola as for other services.
Server authentication is done based on the following principle:
The customer sends the JOB command, the phones IMEI respectively, the server receives the command from the client, logins directly in the official database, Motorola respectively, enters the IMEI in the server, receives the code from the server and send the job back to the user. This operation usually takes only a couple of seconds!
There are situations in which the server is very busy, meaning there are more IMEIs to be added to the server and the code will not arrive in a matter of seconds, but a few minutes. This is due to the fact that there are many IMEI numbers in processing by the server and this is why the code is not generated in a few seconds as we would like. It is like someone would add 5000 IMEIs to the server and want to receive the codes in a matter of seconds; this in impossible, consider that 5000 IMEI numbers will take a while.

3. I have been asked by many users if they must keep the program open when they add an IMEI to the server. NO, it’s not necessary to keep the client server open, you can add the IMEI (job) in the server, then you can close the program, the server will do its part and calculate the code then store it. When you next connect and login into the server, it will generate your codes in a couple of seconds!

4. I have been asked by many users if they can add more than one IMEI into the server at one time.
OF COURSE you can, you can add 10.000 IMEI if you wish, it is NOT necessary to add one IMEI and then wait for the unlocking code until you send the next IMEI! You can add as many IMEI numbers as you wish, there is the JOB STATUS button which will show you the status of your IMEIs, as many as they are ( the server will display the IMEI list, jobs list, you have added to the server and are in processing)

5. I have been asked by many users about losing the information generated by the server due to lack of attention!
If you are not paying attention at the time the server has generated your codes, or if you have lost your connection, the computer has restarted, you have run out of laptop battery and the server was generating the codes at that time, you haven’t lost ANYTHING!
In the folder from which you open the program there is a subfolder called: LOGS! In this subfolder are stored, on a daily basis, the entire user activity. (Everything is stored in plain text files)

6. I have been asked by many users if the Motorola server works on weekends!
NO! No server in the world is operational during weekends, everyone knows that during weekends the servers are closed, BUT, as a recommendation for allGSMUnlock users I am making this statement:
If during the weekend you have codes to add to the server, don’t wait until Monday morning for the server to be operational again, because after weekends the server is always very busy because there are many IMEI numbers to be added. This is why I recommend for you to add the codes during the weekend and not to wait, so that you will receive the codes early Monday morning. The allGSMUnlock server begins the authentication and codes calculation process as soon as the official servers are back online, more precisely starting with 00:00 AM, this way, on Monday morning when you open your program, the codes will already be generated! If you wait until Monday morning and then add the IMEIs to the server, you will have to wait for the server to finish calculating the IMEIs which have been added during the weekend!

7. As a final recommendation:
There are users who don’t know the network their phones are locked to and select a network at random from the server!
THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG! The server may generate a code which will not work with your phone and charge for your credits! In this case this is NOT our fault and your money will not be returned!
SO DON’T SELECT THE NETWORK AT RANDOM!

These were a few of the issues I wanted to clarify for the allGSMUnlock users!
Last but not least, I want to thank everyone who is using this server and have te pertinence to understand!

Dear customers,

I will post here and I hope I won't have to make 100 more posts and answer 100 more times in different topics. I will ask you to please read this very carefully:

1. What is allGSMUnlock server actually?
allGSMUnlock server is a Multifunctional server which offers the possibility to unlock by IMEI many brands of mobile phones.
What does this unlock by IMEI mean?
- the customer simply sends the phone's IMEI into the server, then the server takes the customers order and forwards it to the provider
In 90% of cases everything is done automatically (here I am referring to the process of sending the information to the provider). I can inform you that in this server there are 8 administrators (providers) who offer their services through our server.

2. Who usually uses this service?
This service is usually used as a last resort option, meaning that when there is no other way to unlock that phone, only by IMEI. There are many examples here with the present cases:
Blackberry 8xxx series for which there is no other solution other than IMEI-based ones and thus the customer (the end-user) has NO other chance to unlock the phone other than IMEI and because of this I am certain he is willing to wait a couple of days until the server generates the codes. Examples of phone which can only be unlocked by IMEI can continue… but I don't think this is very important now.

3. What you have to say to your customers (end-user)?
Dear customer, you have ONE CHANCE to unlock this phone, and it is by IMEI but your chances based on your luck:
There are cases in which you can receive the code and there also are chances when you cannot get the codes; this is up to the provider and in certain cases:
a) The phone can be stolen and the IMEI is blacklisted
b) The network was NOT correctly selected and in this case the server may not be able to find this IMEI in the provider's database
c) That particular IMEI simply isn't present in the database

In all of these cases the customer should be angry; you have to get him to understand that he had a chance.
If you tell your customer something like: that phone can be unlocked 100%, leave it with us for 2-3 days and we will unlock it 100% this is just not right! BECAUSE THERE IS NOTHING CERTAIN ABOUT IMEI UNLOCKING!

This is nothing like cable unlocking where there is an algorithm for unlocking and the code is being read from the phone! With IMEI unlocking it is a different thing; here everything is being extracted from the provider's database, and this issue must be very well remembered because it is of great importance

4. About the time imposed by the server (the time the server takes to generate the code)

The PROVIDER specified time is always listed in the server!
The provider is the one who specifies the timeframe it can generate the codes in, but even this time is relative for various reasons:
a) The provider can't always guarantee the service
b) The provider can't always generate the codes in that respective time interval, for various reasons: the database is being updated, he simply is ill 1,2 days, or in that particular day he is not to be found because he has different problems to attend to and so on…

In all of these cases, allGSMUnlock server gets all the criticism, and there have to be 1000 explanation, 1000 topics of explanations and that because, in my opinion, the customer (the end-user) hasn't had the facts clearly explained to him.
DO NOT GIVE THEM THE TIME SPECIFIED by the server! Make sure you tell them 2 or 3 days more than what is specified in the server, so that you won't have problems with your customers. It's better to tell the customer to come 2 or 3 days later than what is specified in the server and you get the code 2 or 3 days before. You can call them and tell them the code has arrived earlier than what you told them.
This way nobody will be on your back, and there won't be all sorts of topics popping up saying the customer has come, taken his phone and you lost your credits.
NO CREDITS ARE LOST! EVERYTHING THAT IS NOT PRESENT IN THE DATABASE HAS THEIR CREDITS RETURNED!
THOSE WHO DON'T GET THEIR CODES WILL GET THE CREDITS BACK!

5. What does the BETA-TEST service mean?

A couple of days ago I announced the SAGEM BETA TEST service and the specified time was 5 days!
A great number of users told their customers this:
I CAN UNLOCK ANY SAGEM PHONE in 5 days 100% so leave me your phone so that I can enter the phone's IMEI into the server and in 5 days time I will give you the code.

COMPLETELY WRONG MY FRIENDS!!!

As I said, this service is in BETA-TESTING, meaning it is under testing, and the users who wished to try it out were invited to add the IMEIs to the server!
They should have said this to their customers:
There is a possibility to unlock the Sagem phone model xxxx, but it is not for sure. The server I'm trying to unlock your phone with says it will take 5 days, but we can't know for sure if it really is 5 days or it will take more time. We also are not certain whether your phone can be unlocked or not, but if you want we can try and see if it can be done.
THIS A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT APPROACH!
I am sure the customer would have understood, because those phones cannot be unlocked by any other way other than this and rather than sit home with a locked phone, he would be better off leaving it in a service, be it even for 10 days.

BUT, as usual it was misunderstood, all the users told their customers that the phone can be 100% unlocked, that it can be done in 5 days, FORGETTING the fact that this service is in TESTING phase!!! Plain and simple for testing, meaning whoever wishes to give it a try is more than welcome!

6. About the "CANCEL" button
The problem here is very complicated and I will explain to you why:
Such a button cannot be added, because it is very hard to control a situation like the one below.

As I said before, the server's working principle is as follows:

The allGSMUnlock user sends the IMEI to the server; this IMEI is then taken by the allGSMUnlock server and sent to the provider.
Once the code is sent to the provider, this immediately enters the "Pending" state, meaning the IMEI present in the code calculation process in the code receiving waiting mode in the server.

OR NOW,

If we add that "CANCEL JOB" button, this can't be canceled on the provider side, this because in many cases the provider reads the e-mail, gets all the IMEIs, calculates them and then sends them immediately to the server.
If the customer presses that button and the IMEI is still in processing, who will lose this time? Of course, allGSMUnlock server will lose , meaning it will simply remain with an uncalculated code!

As much as would like to add this button, we have considered every situation and this cannot be done, and this is why I provided my ICQ number (392-465-499), and I can tell you that for about 19-20 hours a day I am online, for the sole purpose of our users to be happy an content and all those who wish to cancel a certain job will be able to do so MANUALLY as I've said, by ICQ, that of course if the respective provider accepts this and hasn't already calculated the code!

7. Regarding the time specified by the server, the code calculation time.

As I've said before, this time is relative, this because everything depends on the providers and many times it's not even up to them, many times it depends upon how they can access their database.
Here, nothing is ever certain, it as if I asked you what time are you going to wake up tomorrow morning, or you will never be able to give me an exact example. I mean you can't tell me that tomorrow morning you will be able to wake up at exactly 80:10:23, because you can wake up at 8 o'clock but you can always wake up a 11 o'clock. This is pretty much how things are with code calculation, and this is why allGSMUnlock server has no way of knowing when the provider will be able or won't be able to generate the codes, allGSMUnlock can't foresee this time period.
If it were only up to certain customers I should spend all day editing the time in the program and this will take up all of my time, only for this, and I don't think this is the case.

I hope all users understand all this issues; I only want the users to be happy!
