View Full Version : Does anyone already have problems with Narry telecom?
I bought 50kg of material of Narry Telecom, and i took about 3 months to receive all, and when i receive it was wrong the half of material, and the most important thing is no answer for this company and its workers, when they answer something in the beggining they are always stupid and say that its my problem , they donīt have nothing to do with it, well how come, i payed i treat them well and with patience and my order came at first only 5.8 kg and the rest was something of terrorism for me to have it, i have to talk with at least 4 people to solve it and always like if i was desturbing them, after 3 months my rest 43kg arrive.................i ask for 19 hwk cables and came for me 19 kits with alcatel cables and some that donīt have nothing to do with what i ordered. I try to talk to them but they donīt answer me, now they are always offline. and i have problems in my infra hand held and still no answer. so thats why i am here to see if is someone responsable in that company, and someone who knows how to treat people, i payed and loose money , with something that is simple, i order i payed and what i get, wrong material and people treating me badly, so please if there is someone responsable and if there is someone pretending to make business with this company , be carefull because they treat customers as garbage, and if they donīt do in the beginning they do it in the end, everybody works and everybody has its responsibility in life, not only Mr. Naresh work in the world. If you donīt know how to treat people, you must quit your job, in china they told you are not so welcome, i dinīt beleive that, but now i beleive and its a pitty. I WANT MY PROBLEM SOLVE , AND AN OPINION OF WHAT TO DO OF YOU GUYS OF FORUM, I CANīT LOOSE SO MUCH MONEY LIKE THAT THAT IS NOT FAIR. Now i know why they here in forum sometimes call this company cheater.

i seen it before honest man buy from large reputable company and they screw him becuase he is not reputable and when they deal with big company they show nice side to gain money and rewards but when small guy comes to earn his liveing they show other side snake apearance to small customer who really matter

Narry is a honest man and dealed many times with them from the start.
Never had a single problem.
I think is just a misunderstanding or a problem from your side ;)

Dear Renato, thats true i ask questions about prices, i think that is normal, i donīt have problem with custom sir, couse i donīt make nothing ilegal, my problem is you delay my order, came all separadely as you have shown there, in two times, and the material came wrong. i try to talk with you guys and noone answer, cause what you people say is we always disturb. What is funny Renato is when i try to ask for help, you say to me that you could not do nothing, as long you didnīt no what was happening, i told you and ask for please to talk to them, and you like all of them dissapear, and now you come here and say those things? this is really a shame for you. Ok is normal, when they talk to you and say something, they told me ALL goods was already sent. i was waiting for it. didn´t came i was waiting for next, came wrong, i am waiting for help, noone helps only criticize, its ok to happen misunderstanding, its ok when you try to solve as grown up people, but what is bad is when you are not treat well, is bad when you are treat like you have the fault of wrong goods that come to you, is bad when you ask for help to your suplier and he and his crew just stay off. If happen to you i am sure you would not like. I already buy things from alfamobilteam, without any problem, 100% i already bought goods from Poland and China without any problem, and here the only problem i think you didn´t understand is that they left me alone, mistaken is normal we solve it ,stupidity is not. I did my part trying to talk and see what´s the best to do, and i get nothing with that. only bad words.

i read your posts,as i you understood you recieved 19 pcs alcatel cables sets instead of same pcs of hwk sets.and any other wrong items?cause 19pcs wrong sets is easy to cover for a big company.by the way do you still have the invoice?if yes paste a copy here,it will help people to understand your situatiom here.hope you solve it asap.

hey i also had problems with them but you can do nothing i also could not do anything i had bought sagem dd from them and as every one knows that this boxes had hardware problems and were all working and registered on version 3.3 but fater some time they stopped working na dyou know what reply i got that this boxes are cloned and infact i had bought them from thier reseller then i posted in forum in support section they replied that this boxes can be changed from few resellers in india but you know what they do with my customers they charged them 2000 inr for replacing them its ridiculous and i still have 22 boxes with me but no use just stop wasting time on forum in arguing with them and think that u donated this money for thier team.
i never post anything on forum but this time i am posting because i think that no other people should have such experiene in future.

Yes you are right, thats why i am here in forum , for people donīt have the same experience i have, its kind of warning people to becarefull with them , i truly hope they could think a litlle as grown up people think a litlle on the name they have made in gsm but as i see they are only intereting now in counting money and nothing else. well thatīs a shame for them.

it is not very very strange, that you, narry gobi and odia are saying that tornado tp (webcam)microscope is good and many other ppl who bought it, are saying the oposite things? it is maybe because you want screw up ppl and make money?

Regarding your problem. The boxes was replaced by our other reseller from there.The problem is sagdd was cracked by your friend VK and you try mix original with clone and sell it.
The real sagdd is mr gau, from delhi he's the real one.

I know how long Narry in buiness, i am in buiness since 1997 narry was my customer before, no one want to fight, here is just about money and about screwing customers.
Maybe this is the reason Narry doesn't leave his office or if, than only with his boadygurard Ali.

Why do you insist on this? Problems from me?? it wasn´t me that pack the cartoons, it wasn´t me who thought that all goods where sent and say that might be dhl mistaken. I just stay here in my country waiting for something i ordered and pay, and trust, and when comes to me missing one infinity and hwk mistaken cables, this is MY problems? i have the fault of this?? or just because i answer for someone to solve this your staff got mad. i was supposed to send you back, but i would loose more and more money doing that and i don´t know if you are going to give me right material back or not, once you say you would refund me money the 5.300,00usd i payed for you, i was truly afraid, is he going to refund or not? and my customers? i have responsabilitys as i know you were suposed to have. how can i trust? so i prefere my material in hands unless of supose money refund. Mate, if a customer asks you 1million questions is that not their right?
surely you would rather answer those q's and keep a customer for life than not and have the situation we have here?
It's all down to trust and honesty, and if you really cannot be bothered to answer customers questions, then that speaks volumes about you and your 'business' ways....
I think narry is a arrogant tit and needs lessons in dealing with ppl on a day to day level, cos he is so far up his own arse he can nearly toss his own salad!
Next time, use a reputable PROPER company with ppl that dont mind you asking questions and will tell you honestly when their is a problem!!!
I normally don't get involved in topics like this but this is an exception.
Company should ask customer to send items back and either offer a full refund or replacements.
Company should never get personal with customer no matter how difficult customer can get.
Chinese saying: never hang dirty laundry in public. Very bad for business.

First of all , i showed you and try million times to know what are those kits you send me about, try to talk to mister Narry, Mister Amu, Mister Ali, and ending on You, and please tell me what was your answer? Hello all, first i have to say that KG-GSM is a serious and a honest person. I negociate with her many times and sheīs always correct, and also give support to what she sell. And have a good relationship with customers always 100%.
Today i was with her to buy some stuff for me and she told me what happened with her and Narry Telecom. I saw the "19 hwk cables" in the cartoon, that cables are not for hwk for sure, thy are from old alcatel models "some from old models" Something is wrong, cause i saw the invoice and that was not what she ordered. Hope you put your conscious to work Mister Narry, stop trying to put people down, and do a work of man, correcting your mistakes. if you have time to say bad things for people you should use this waste of time in answering your customers and put your responsabilities updated.

well, i think it would be better to send KG-GSM 19 hwk cables free. compared with the 50kg of order, its nothing. you people still got profit to make.
Besides, the cusotmer did nothing wrong.
2 customers who got problem with you, one you said her company maybe illegal, another one you said police looking for him. very bad and ashamed.
I just want to say one thing here, my husband is on gsm field already for 7 years, we work together, and never have any problem with nobody, only with Naresh, that i want to beleive is just a missunderstanding, and he will solve it. by the way, is very ashamed and very sad to hear something like that , first of all we have to have facts on what we say, not just bla, blah. In fact i still want to believe that instead you spend time imagining things you must spend time with your clients, i am sure you would have another type of feedback. I donīt want this any longer, i just want not to loose money cause i work hard to earn it, as i know everybody here in forum knows that cause i know they work hard too, money donīt fall from the sky. Thatīs my point and my respects to all gsm buddys here, that are serious. What i think is ilegal is when supliers think they are the most important thing in the world, and their customers are garbages they can treat and say whatever they want.

Its quite a pity that many companies in China now are interested in making money and not reputation. I actually bought some replaceble phone parts from one of the company all I saw was sent back items with dust and damaged components and things I did not demant for. Its quite a pity that a company that of Narry is messing up like this because from KG-GSM report and analysis this company did what they are accused of. I have gotten such cases from China and I was told that nothing can be done. Are they not spoilling this productive nations image? Buying from China is now a great risk. Can't we track this people via Chinese embassy in our different countries. Please let something be done because many are still being victim:mad:

NarryTelecom has us as distributors in your country... also all the other major manufactors etc etc work with us for many many years... why donīt u buy from us instead having that kind of problems?? maybe ppl are so gready that they only have problems cause they look for it....

Thanks for your advice, its really lovely, but i think that we donīt have to have problems dont you think? is normal ppl look and search as you and many others do. like you say.

for some misunderstanding betwn pinky and someone, he suggested only this
he dint helped with the problem
so now kg-gsm choose what
for this i might be banned but if u cant answer the customers pls don do business let others do who are capable of answering and doing business

Hi all, well first my problem wasnīt solve, my money didnīt see it anymore, and they blocked my msn. I have lots of headaches cause of this , but try to solve the best way bymyself cause they donīt have time to spend with customers, only to sell and receive money, if customers are happy or not doesnīt matter for them, If one or 2 customers complaints, they donīt mind, cause there are lot more of licking *** then honest people saying what they really think of. I just try to forget this and go on with my business .
Bought some Tornado Sim to see how it works, and they always loose network, or donīt work in models they are choose to it. post in some threads to look for solution, but they seem to be angry when we ask bout their products or how it work. Best for them is us to shut mouth and only post how they are good and stuff. Well for me thats sad, cause we live in a democracy, the forum is to help and share experiences, not a place where we look for help and we get the answer go and solve it with your resseler, it wasnīt from me, you this or you that all very mad and agressive. THIS IS ASHAME FOR PEOPLE WHO WORK ON THIS FOR SO MUCH YEARS, I WONDER IF THEIR COMPANY WAS IN ANOTHER COUNTRY IF THEY WERE IN THE MARKET SO LONG LIKE THIS, AND TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS THE WAY THEY USED TOO.
Sorry, but this for me just make me sad, things could be really different. To lead with people we must have a gift inside our hearts and that means RESPECTING EVERYBODY, AND THEIR OPINIONS.
