this is the info readed from the phone ( I have 10 units with same problem :dead)

U have test versions of phones, see BROWN color. This is not supported by SE. Also IMEI can't be readed what is very strange, so 2 possibilities:
1. Broken test version.
2. Broken version and read bad data
Both cases looks like hardware problem.
