It is posible with only wap I dont know about cable and software.
you can use the www.waphaq.net (http://www.waphaq.net) to upload the ring tones & wallpapers in

faisal bhai mere pass usb cabile hai c160 ke par mujhe ye samajh nahe aa raha hai ke us ke drivers bhi install karta hon fir bhi wo kam nahe karta hai c160 main plz ap mere help karo plz main ap ke reply ka wait karr raha hoon bhai jan plz
