Motorola TIMEPORT Tri-Bard - not work Power button ?

i have one Motorola TIMEPORT Tri-Band but not work Power on button.
if i connect charger phone go charging, phone displays "Charching battery".
if i remove battery, connect charger and after that insert battery phone start charging and Power ON :) then I can use normaly phone. but power button not work ! not ON or OFF phone.

any idea for this problem ?

i have SM for this model but not full. if anybody have full SM please help.

try to clean power button ,,and also try to apply hot air to power mangement BGA chip on the oposite side of button 0 and 8 ,,, on the other side of the PCB ,,,, if no result ,,,program phone with new software;)
