t mobile dash unlock

i have downloaded the allgsmunlock client v1.6 to unlock my t mobile dash phone, but i don't have the password of the supplier(reseller) to connect me at the server.
any one can help me with a valid username and password to be connected, or tell me how to unlock my phone
