What is going on with BB8100 and Pearl US Operators

Hi there

I would like to thank the allgsmteam for their marvelous unlock server ..

I have unlocked 3 Dash 2 BB8700 3 MOTO all in due time as mentioned in the server ...

But unfortunately Pearl Cingular and 8100 T-mobile USA have taken more time than described in the server ,,

Please be assured i am not trying to blame anyone here but according to the server we also try to give time to our customers and it should be reasonable time ... Because than customers start getting angry lose trust and also sometimes we lose money because they take their phones away and we cant do anything about it due to the time we promise them according to the server timings ...

If it is a known fact than worldwide is taking more than 7 working days for certain phones as mention in this forum in many threads sometimes upto a month ... it is obvious customers will find that bizarre

Anyways maybe u should look into extending the time limit in the server so we can tell our customers in advance that it will take much longer than 7-10 days or 24 to 28 hours incase of US operators ....

Here is my log of 8100 T-mobile USA now almost 5 days and customer is getting uneasy and almost wanted to take the phone away but i bought time of another 24 hrs from him .. please tell me wht is going on and how long will this take so i can talk to the customer rather than guessing ,,,

TODAY IS THE 31st .. A week now and no answer ,,

Atleast reply us on the thread in forum as to what is going on so we can understand and explain the customer or show him the repy that has come from you ...

We promise them according to the time factor the server gives us and than they think we are llying to them and want to take their phone back and we shall lose our money ,,,

We are supporting your server by using it but please do not ignore your cistomers question

A few suggestions and explanations regarding the unlocking of blackberry as well other phone models using allGSMUnlock server:

1. The server has certain timeframes specified for receiving the unlocking codes.
Example: From 24h to 48h
By this, we understand that the code can be received in a minimum of 24 hours and a maximum time of 48 hours (always taking into account the announcements regarding the server suspend times, by clicking the “NEWS” button)
In this interval, does NOT include weekends. To be more precise, if a phone has been added to the server on Friday, and the server says “From 24 to 48 hours” the code will ONLY be calculated during working days, so don’t expect your code to arrive on Sunday!

I have understood your thread and read it all .. but it doesnt say that when the server says between 24-48 hours ..it may even take more than 7 days ...

i posted it on friday afternoon ... so if u remove saturday and sunday ... codes shud be there on atleast tuesday ..today is Friday ...

So where is your explaination and how does it justify ..

Please elaborate maybe i am stupid and i cannot read english ...
