if ur fone restart with sim card u dont need to flash.this problem just format.

I already have the data cable, and it's working (I can tranfer USB data to the phone micro SD card through Windows XP).
When I connect the phone on the usb data cable, it gives me a menu. I select "COM port".

And then, I don't know what to do further. The instructions you posted here apply to what program? On what program should I follow those 6 steps? Thanx again :)

I think this thread should be sticked. This solution work for all CECT T689 restarting itself when bettery inserted is due to bluetooth module failure.

Ic is like cpu a suare part in the phone with many pins. The bluetooth has label of samsung on it. Just look at the board and you will find it. But this work in the case its not a software problem. So try 1st format ffs of the both cpu.

What method you have used to find "bluetooth chip" ? Did you tried to use "google" or "yahoo" ?

Man, if you can't find this chip and you don't understand what is FFS you must stop to write and start to read messages in this forum at least for nearest 2-3 weeks.
