No it can't.
The only LG 3G handsets that I know can record a voice call are the LG U8138, 8180 & 8330 as they are not qualcomm firmware based.
TudOr, if you have BitPim do me a favour, can you please extract from the LG CU500 firmware using the BitPim filemanger system the following two files.
You will find them in the LG Media folder:
internet.pxo (in the LG Media / PXO folder)
internet.paf (in the LG Media / PAF folder)
When you have them extract, send me a personal message so I can provide email address for you to send them to me.
