vk570 unlock !???

I try to unlock a vk570, infinity-box display ok but the phone is still locked, look:

Power-Off phone now by Power button (don't remove battery)

what's the probleme ???

Hi,

1. read flash for emergency case
2. read eeprom for emergency case
3. send flash and eeprom to: Infinityhelp@yahoo.com.hk to check
4. after you have a eeprom backup you can try to use repair_eeprom files from support area. Don't forget to test phone after repair files. In case of any problems restore original eeprom and wait VK software update (we can make it after we receive your flash backup).
