zte a37 after unlock no service

hi i just unlocked one phone zte a37 but after unlocke there no network in the phone & the phone is new no water damage is it possible of bad unlock ? any one can help or someone have same problem or it is hardware problem ?

We never have got reports about A37 network problems after unlock.
Did you tested phone before unlock ?
Can you make 112 (emergency) calls ?
