Hi. After some successfull unlock with KK, and after some vacations, I get back to work with K310i and K510i... but can't unlock them...
Both info are correct:

FOR K310i

To unlock I only use DCU-60 cable, only check SIMLOCK CID49,51 box, and FLASH PHONE... but for boths only get this:

and after waiting more than 10 min nothing... tested several times.

Any idea?

PS: already deactivated antivirus and firewall, but same result...

they are not db2020, we plan to add unlock only for highest cids for that phones.
