i have problem too. at first PA damage then i change to new PA now i can make call but sometime get "call droped" and low signal

you must learn more about how to process put PA in your board without dammage or hot PA!

Check antena switch and antena contact. Sometimes PA dies becouse of bad contact in switch or contact in antena to PCB.
