any one has the temperatures tables for the ICs

Can any one supply me the temperatures tables for the ICs for the mobile board,

And inform me the deference between the three modes
- Profile one mode (DCTx ICs).
- Profile two mo0de (north bridge).
- lead free mode.

Best advice for you my friend is to get IC name and look it up on the web from manufacturer to get the best profile.

Otherwise rule of thumb is 250 C ~ 300C no longer than 15 sec. for placement and 30 sec for removable.
