Hi, I have this connect card with firmware 3.17hd and I try to unlock with KulanKendy Multi-Client, the messagge in read info is:

Firmware serie:

Serial number: No data.
Firmware Version:
Simlock status: Unknown
All Done! - Time:0.00.02

and when I press execute this is the message:

if it needs I can make some tests on my card, you excuse my bad English but I am Italian

No, just click few times READ INFO to get correct data, if not help then uninstall drivers and get from out support.
We had many times this problem with clients
