why i can't use mitsubishi and sendo tools, allways for me ask alcatel activation file. where i can find? how much this activation ???

Alcatel and Mitshubishi modules are free.All you have there it's a windows problem,after you'll reinstall operating system on your PC all shoud be ok.

Just go to support area and download correct versions for LITE. Sendo tool never ask about alcatel - this is not possible. so please update your tools first.

Yes. And I tell you again same - update your soft. For LITE version other soft at support.

New update again!
Alcatel tools, Mitsubishi tool were fixed and updated. Now all of them can work correctly for Multi-box and Multi-box LITE users.
Please update those tools from support. Please go to Support files (http://www.multi-box.net/) and download new software Tools, flash files.
