Hi all,

Just to warn you do not order at handy-style.de they do deliver the goods but if you need something simple as drivers (which belong to certain cables!) they do not deliver. They don't even reply to normal emails.

Probably they want you to pay accesing their 'support' section. Nice support huh.. you make order and pay for it then they only want to charge you more to download 1 stupid file from under 2mb which they should deliver with the order anyway...

I cant find any order from you in our system... whan have you make a order ? Pls give me your customer ID and i will check again.

All Users who bought Datacable from us can download Driver free from our Site www.support-handy-style.de

You send me email where you asked me for Drivers ? When ? I can`t find in my emails :(

I only find this email from you:

All I asked for is the drivers which should come with my cable order. I asked nicely twice, no respond. I asked firmer, again no nothing. Now I say a big **** YOU. Okay, after searching again i found your Order... Without customer ID its not so easy to find but now i have.

With your order all is okay, i have send you all goods and you have received.

And Driver you can download, read follow instruction:

Log in with customer ID and your pass (same Login like in our shop www.handy-style.de)

Go to -=Datenkabel-Treiber-Software-etc=- ----> E250-D800-T809-P300-D900 -----> USB_driver.rar

Its verry easy, all our customers have enough brain to download driver from our Support-Server ;)

I dont know when you have send me Emails, i did not receive a email where you asked me for Drivers, i only receive this:

i have never ever have seen a better support then from Handy-Stlye, every mail or ICQ question was answered rapidly.

DO you know that spaming is crime??? For that action you should be banned, temporaly.

absolutly agree..handy-style is nearly the best (maybe the best) Service in Germany. Never heard something bad about him.....i know this guy a few years i think.... and i have had never any problems with him

I've send you numberous emails so don't bull****. I will look them up for you monday as I'm now at other computer (2 times nicely and 3rd warning that I was going to post it everywhere) I send all email to as well info@handy... and sales@handy... copied right of your contact page.
Second in your order emails (confirm email) there is nothing about how to get into support server. I browsed your website logged in with customer ID went to support section came on server a like environment tried downloading drivers but got message that I could not download blabla (don't remember exact message)

You communication is crap only after scripting the email you posted you repond very strange huh..
I'll stop script now as you finally replied and got what I simply asked for in the beginning..

to people is illegal not to companies. Also this can not be marked as 'traditional' spam as I'm not sending to thousands (and more) people but just to 1 person..

As far as I can tell Handy-style.de has got one of the best supports in Germany when it comes comes to GSM business.I have bought a lot of hardwares and cables from them during the past three and half years and has never been disappointed in their services.
The product supporter here has done it once again by explaining how to access the download area and have also uploaded the driver for you here in the forum.So please stop branding them BAD SERVICE.
I think he has resolved your problem.

We dealed with Handy Style min. 5 times.
All goods arrived very fast and are working.

What about this FTDI cable?
You can download driver from manufacturer site: www.ftdichip.com

Even when you VID-PID is not default FTDI (0403-6001),
you can see VID-PID using USB View then download VCP driver
from FTDI and change VID-PID inside files.

Mail bombing and DDoS is very childish thus you are a script kid.

@Handy-Style:
Next time report abuse to his ISP or hoster, and if no
result, you can report to backbone provider of hoster.

Yes but can be marked as mail bombing or just plain abuse.

If subnet or webserver of your hoster gets blacklisted result is most likely you get kicked.

but anyways

as told first email was Thu 9/6/2007 8:34 PM, second email was the 10th (9/10/2007 8:21 PM) and the 3rd was 1 days before I started the script... can't find that one anymore as that one was send from webmail.

Benny [Handy-style.de] is 100% trustable and ok. Your enhanced Problem is surely a missunderstanding case. Do not write wrong things before u dont know 100%. We all have sometimes deliver problems as whole salers or supporters. So plz...

it is not unfair for reseller ,

there are some bad customers who always yell and threat the reseller in a little stupid problem,

when they get a problem,they often spam his reseller in unserious attitude ,it is very bad for reseller and business.

anyway handy-style is goood as many people said here.

You have buy Martech Box bevore 2 years from us.

Then bevore few weeks Box dead, you sent to me, i sent to martech for repairing.

Box get back from Martech and working fine. One week later box dead again....

What are you doning with this stuff ? Playing Football ?

I have spent 60 Euro shipping coast for you and you call handy-style bad service ?

For this unfriendly way from you i will send you foulty Box back bcs. no warranty and then you can send to Martech by yourself and spend your own Money for Shipping.

Handy-Style have good and fast Service but only for friendly customers ;)

Think about it....

In Germany you have 1 year Warranty and 1 Year "Gewährleistung".

Do you know what is "Gewährleistung" ?

You will get your Martech Box back in 1-2 Weeks, when this is too long for you i will send back tomorow but then you must send back to Martech/Poland by yourself.

Not we give Warranty for Boxes, the Producer give the Warranty, so it`s a thing beetween Mertech and you... When i manage this then it`s a service from me to you.

Example: In December i have buy Philips TV in German Media-Markt.

Now TV have some errors. Now i must call Phillips for Warranty and not Media-Markt.

Media-Markt is only the Seller, not the Producer....

I`m only seller too ;)

You see ?

What we doing now ? Will you wait a little bit or should i sent Box back to you tomorow ?

if you buy something cables etc, you get access to the download area.
where drivers etc can be found. its easy like hell...
how can you fail doing that easy thing?
instead you start email bomb them LOL
