i have toshiba 803t from vaodafone japan 2005
but it can`t conacted with software
i have install the driver. every thing is okay i chack the modeam setting . i reistall the driver and software but same problam than i change the pc but here is alos same problam
i have unlock some 803t before
but this one con`t conacted

Please check your cable, usb port modem, maybe U have conflict usb port !
To enable phone to communicate with software unlock it manually.

Check your phone for:
Unlock--> Menu --> Settings --> security
Pin Entry, Handset Lock, Function Lock... etc -->ALL SET to OFF

the phone does not go to this mode
when the phone have no sim card it say plese insert valid USIM card
andn when i put the sim card it say This USIM card cannot be used
please help me

Sim u r using not supported !
Ask customer to provide u with the orig. sim !

The customer don`t have it orignal sim card. the sim card is in JAPAN and useing in other mobile.
